1. Who we are

Peptide Sciences LLC is an online store based in Ronkonkoma, New York. We sell lyophilized research peptides in sealed vials to laboratories and independent researchers in the United States. 2. Buyer eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Peptide Sciences LLC. We sell products only to buyers located in the United States. Every product sold on peptide-sciences.org is strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or animal use. They are not a drug, food, supplement, or cosmetic. By submitting an order request, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Order requests and order acceptance

Adding products to a cart on peptide-sciences.org and submitting your information creates an order request. An order request does not form a binding contract of sale. We review every order request to confirm product stock and buyer eligibility. We accept an order request only when we confirm stock and email an official invoice to you, typically within one business day. Peptide Sciences LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order request or order at any time for any reason before shipment. If we cancel an order after payment has cleared, we will issue a full refund to your account.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices listed on peptide-sciences.org are in US dollars. Prices do not include shipping fees unless explicitly stated. When we accept your order request, we email you an invoice with payment instructions. Payment must be made in US dollars using bank transfer (ACH) or Zelle. Your invoice is due within 7 days of receipt. If payment is not received within 7 days, your order lapses and is canceled automatically. We process and ship orders only after payment clears in full.

5. Shipping policy

We ship orders only to delivery addresses within the United States. Orders ship Monday to Thursday from New York. We ship vials in an insulated mailer with a cold pack so vials do not sit in a depot over a weekend. Shipping is free on orders over $200. Orders under $200 incur a flat shipping fee of $12. 6. Returns and cancellations

7. Research use policy

Every product sold by Peptide Sciences LLC is sold for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or animal use, not a drug, food, supplement, or cosmetic. By submitting an order request, the buyer accepts the research use policy in full. You accept full responsibility for verifying that your purchase, handling, and use of our products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

8. Product warranties

Peptide Sciences LLC warrants only that the delivered product matches the product listing on peptide-sciences.org and the item description on your accepted invoice. We provide no other warranties of any kind, express or implied. We explicitly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not provide reconstitution or dosing advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under New York law, Peptide Sciences LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your purchase, storage, handling, or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order will not exceed the total amount you paid to Peptide Sciences LLC for that order.

10. Buyer responsibility and product handling

You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of all products purchased from Peptide Sciences LLC. Unopened lyophilized vials keep best frozen at -20 °C, away from light. You must ensure that qualified personnel handle all products in an appropriate laboratory setting. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Peptide Sciences LLC against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from your handling, storage, or use of the products.

11. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchases must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

12. Changes to terms

Peptide Sciences LLC reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time without prior notice. Any modifications take effect immediately upon posting to peptide-sciences.org. Your continued placement of order requests after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
