How does the ordering process work on your website?
You add products to your cart and send an order request. We confirm stock and email an invoice within one business day. After your payment clears, we process and ship your sealed vials.
Which payment methods do you accept for order invoices?
We accept payment by bank transfer (ACH) or Zelle. We do not accept credit or debit cards. Instructions for completing your payment are included on the invoice we email after confirming your order request.
When do you ship orders after payment clears?
Orders ship Monday to Thursday after your payment clears. We do not ship on Fridays or weekends to prevent vials from sitting in a transit depot over a weekend.
How are research peptide vials packed for shipping?
We ship all orders in an insulated mailer with a cold pack to protect the vials during transit. Every vial is sealed before shipment from New York.
What are your shipping rates and delivery areas?
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on orders over $200. For orders under $200, shipping is a flat rate of $12.
How should unopened lyophilized peptide vials be stored?
Unopened lyophilized vials keep best when stored frozen at -20 °C and kept away from light. Leave vials sealed in their original packaging until they are needed for your laboratory research.
Can you provide instructions for reconstitution, dosing, or use?
No. All products sold by Peptide Sciences are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal use. We do not provide reconstitution, dosing, mixing, or application advice under any circumstances.
Who is eligible to purchase products from Peptide Sciences?
Buyers must be 21 years of age or older and confirm that products will be used solely for laboratory research. We reserve the right to cancel any order request that does not meet our compliance standards.
