Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to international addresses, APO addresses, or FPO addresses. You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order. All products sold by Peptide Sciences are strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal use.

When orders ship

We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday. Orders do not ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This schedule prevents sealed vials from sitting in a mail depot over the weekend. We ship your order after your payment by bank transfer (ACH) or Zelle clears. We email your invoice within one business day after you submit your order request.

Packing

We package every order in an insulated mailer with a cold pack. This packaging protects your lyophilized research peptides during transit. Unopened freeze-dried vials keep best frozen at -20 °C and kept away from light once received.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders over $200. For orders under $200, we charge a flat shipping rate of $12.

Tracking

We send your order by USPS Priority Mail. We email your tracking number to you as soon as we print your shipping label. You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery online.

Damaged or wrong items

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to support@peptide-sciences.org with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package or incorrect items. We will inspect your submission and either ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost packages

If USPS loses your package during transit, we file a claim directly with USPS. Once the required USPS claim window closes, we ship a replacement order to your delivery address at no extra cost to you.

Returns

Due to strict storage requirements for research peptides, we cannot accept returns on opened vials or vials that have shipped. All sales of shipped items are final once dispatched from our facility in New York. If you have questions about an order before payment, contact support@peptide-sciences.org.
