1. In-vitro laboratory research only

Peptide Sciences LLC supplies lyophilized research peptides in sealed vials strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Every product on peptide-sciences.org is intended exclusively for qualified laboratories and independent researchers operating within the United States. No item sold on this website is for human or animal use under any circumstances. Research peptides are not drugs, food products, dietary supplements or cosmetics.

2. Regulatory status and restrictions

Products offered by Peptide Sciences LLC have not been evaluated, approved or cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We do not market or sell products to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any illness, disease or physical condition. You may not introduce these materials into clinical trials, medical testing or consumer products.

3. Age requirement and checkout confirmation

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Peptide Sciences LLC. When you add items to your cart and submit an order request, you must explicitly confirm that your purchase is for in-vitro laboratory research. We do not process order requests from individuals under 21 years of age.

4. Prohibition on administration and mixing advice

We do not provide reconstitution, mixing, dosing or administration guidance. We do not publish instructions regarding liquid volumes, injection methods, cycles, stacks or protocols. If you contact support@peptide-sciences.org or orders@peptide-sciences.org with questions about human use, animal administration, dosing or preparation advice, we will not answer those questions.

5. Order refusal and account cancellation

Peptide Sciences LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order request or unpaid invoice at our discretion. If your order request, email correspondence or payment notes suggest intended human or animal administration, we will cancel your order immediately and block your account from future purchases.

6. Purchaser responsibility and safe handling

As the buyer, you assume full responsibility for the safe receipt, storage and handling of all sealed vials. Unopened lyophilized vials keep best when stored frozen at -20 °C and protected from light. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing the procurement, possession and research use of these compounds.
